Information clause concerning personal data processing in Zeszyty Naukowe Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie Problemy Rolnictwa Światowego / Scientific Journal Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW Problems of World Agriculture

 

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDRP), we hereby inform that:

  1. The Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW, with its registered seat at Nowoursynowska 166, 02-787 Warsaw, is the Controller for your personal data;
  2. Nowoursynowskiej 166, 02-787 Warszawa;
  3. Your personal data shall be processed for the purposes of the publishing process involving the publishing/review of the work authored/co-authored by you, or in which you have acted as the Author/Reviewer, making the data available to other entities associated with the publishing process, to enter them into databases and other academic portals dealing with the promotion of scientific papers in Poland and worldwide posted on the website of the scientific journal Zeszyty Naukowe Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie Problemy Rolnictwa Światowego / Scientific Journal Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW Problems of World Agriculture (http://prs.wne.sggw.pl/) as the primary source of the data under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
  4. Recipients of your personal data include: readers of Zeszyty Naukowe Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie Problemy Rolnictwa Światowego / Scientific Journal Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW Problems of World Agriculture, entities associated with the publishing process, users of databases and other academic portals dealing with the promotion of scientific papers in Poland and worldwide posted on the website of the scientific journal Zeszyty Naukowe Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie Problemy Rolnictwa Światowego / Scientific Journal Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW Problems of World Agriculture (http://prs.wne.sggw.pl/) as the primary source of the data;
  5. Your personal data shall be stored throughout the period of operation of the Editorial Office of Zeszyty Naukowe Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie Problemy Rolnictwa Światowego / Scientific Journal Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW Problems of World Agriculture and the following five years;
  6. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete and restrict their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you decide that the processing of your personal data  violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
  8. Providing your personal data is a prerequisite for publishing the work you have authored/co-authored, or in which you have acted as the Reviewer. You are obliged to provide them, and if you fail to do so the Editorial Office of Zeszyty Naukowe Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie Problemy Rolnictwa Światowego / Scientific Journal Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW Problems of World Agriculture shall refuse to publish your work or accept your review.
